Hi Gals! It's Sarah and I'm here to encourage you to get back on your fitness track! We've all lost our motivation for fitness at some point. No more! We need to get back and earn that summer bod. Here are 5 ways to step up our game!
1. Find a work out routine.
Having a schedule to exercise is so important. At times, we tend to put them off until "tomorrow" which turns into 2 weeks later. I encourage every one of you to sign up for a membership at a nearby gym. Start off at about 3 times per week and with time, try to go more!

2. Have an accountability partner.
Having a workout buddy is EVERYTHING. If you have someone to meet up with at a gym, you will be more motivated to go and get your stuff done! For more fun, you can always go and get smoothies or a snack after!

3. Buy fun workout clothes.
Personally, when I buy new workout clothes, it motivates me to get out of the house and put them to use! Any excuse for more cute clothes, right?! Some of my favorite shops are LULULEMON, ATHLETA, and FABLETICS.

4. Do it at home.
If you don't have time or don't want want to spend the cost of a membership, you can easily work out at home! Finding videos on Youtube is SO easy. Searching "20 Minute Full Body Workout Routine" or "10 Minute Abs Workout" gives you a perfect tone for your day. Keeping up an at- home routine will be a good alternative to going to a gym.

5. Never Lose Your Motivation.
Guys, losing your motive is the easiest lost. Do you want to take the easy way out or learn along the way and achieve what you want? Following motivational accounts on Instagram, listening to motivational podcasts, listening to motivational music, and so much more helps your mental strength.
